I pursued studies in both Psychology and Education, making me both a psychologist and a teacher. My goal is to help each individual realize their uniqueness, strengths, skills, and powers, enabling them to connect the pieces of their life in a meaningful way.

Our initial session offers an opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss your needs, expectations, and explore how our collaboration can be meaningful to you.
I offer both individual and couples therapy. The goal is to explore the dynamics that lead to specific emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. We will identify patterns that recur in your life and the roles you usually take in your interactions with others. Our aim is to break dysfunctional patterns and explore new ways of communication. Occasionally, I may assign small homework tasks. Additionally, we will focus on practical tips and tools to help you cope with the challenges you face.
As a relationship therapist, I am here to assist in resolving various relationship issues, such as communication problems, trust issues, intimacy concerns, conflicts, and much more. Together, we will work towards restoring and strengthening your relationship, allowing you to experience a loving and empathetic connection once again.

Kosten relatietherapie
De kosten voor relatietherapie zijn afhankelijk van de duur van de afspraak. Voor een korte sessie van 45 minuten betaal je 135 euro en voor een lange afspraak van 75 minuten betaal je 202,50 euro. Je betaalt per afspraak.
Vergoeding
Voor relatietherapie krijg je geen vergoeding vanuit de zorgverzekering en meestal wordt dit ook niet door je werkgever vergoed.

Afspraak annuleren
Wil je een afspraak annuleren? Dat is kosteloos als je dit minstens 24 uur van tevoren laat weten. Zeg je te laat af, dan moeten we de kosten in rekening brengen.
