Yes. Many of our psychologists speak English and regularly work with international clients. We also offer support in several other languages.
You can choose between online sessions or meeting in person, depending on your location and preference.

Very quickly. You can often schedule a free consultation on the same day or the next working day. Your first session with a psychologist usually takes place within a week.

No, you do not need a referral.
You can contact us directly and start the process yourself. This makes it easier to access support when you need it.

The consultation is free and takes about 15 minutes.
We talk about your situation, your goals and what kind of support you are looking for. Based on this, we advise you on the best next step and match you with a psychologist who fits your needs.

Feeling comfortable is essential for good therapy.
If there is no connection, we will help you find another psychologist at no extra cost.

The cost of therapy depends on the type and duration of the sessions.
A standard session is around €133. In some cases, your employer may cover the costs

In the Netherlands, not all psychological support is covered by basic health insurance.
Some additional insurance plans may offer partial reimbursement. Many internationals also choose to pay privately or receive support through their employer.
