That’s why we offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute advice call. It helps you understand your situation and find the right kind of support.
What happens during the call?
You’ll speak with a member of our referral team who has a background in psychology. This means you’re not speaking with a call centre, but with someone who understands what you’re going through and can think along with you.
During the call, we discuss:
- Your symptoms and how long they have been present
- How they affect your daily life, work, or relationships
- What you hope to achieve with therapy
- Your preferences, such as online or in-person sessions, language, and availability
- Whether your employer may contribute to the costs
Based on this conversation, we’ll advise whether therapy could help and which psychologist or approach may suit you best.
If Psyned is not the right fit, we’ll tell you honestly and, where possible, suggest alternatives.
