However, the approach that works best depends on your symptoms, your background, your personality, and your goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Psyned, we offer a range of evidence-based therapy approaches across the Netherlands. Anxiety is commonly treated with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Burnout often requires a phased approach, focusing first on recovery and stabilisation. Relationship difficulties can benefit from structured couples therapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Two people with similar concerns may benefit from different approaches. Your psychologist looks not only at your symptoms, but also at how you cope, as well as your strengths and preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When helpful, different approaches can be combined or adjusted along the way.
