For some, this may involve anxiety, depression, or burnout. Others go through periods of low mood or prolonged stress, orstruggles with specific fears, such as fear of flying or spiders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Women tend to report psychological difficulties slightly more often than men. Mood and anxiety disorders, for example. are more common amongst women, while men are more likely to struggle with substance abuse or attention-related difficulties. A mix of biological, psychological, and social factors help explain these differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These <a>findings <\/a>show that psychological difficulties are not unusual. They are part of the human experience.
